Stephanie, originally from Germany, studied Tourism Management before spending many years in Tanzania.
She managed safari lodges in Pangani on the mainland coast, as well as in Ruaha and Nyerere National Parks, giving her exceptional on-the-ground knowledge.
She has also explored Tanzania extensively — from Zanzibar, Pemba, and Mafia islands to the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and the remote southern highlands.
She did so on horseback, by hot-air balloon, and on foot during walking safaris and multi-day mountain hikes. She even drove the length of Tanzania before experiencing a 36-hour train journey back to Dar es Salaam.
Yet her favourite Tanzania destination is Ruaha National Park – a true wilderness renowned for its large elephant herds and outstanding predator sightings, which she describes as raw, uncrowded, and utterly captivating.
Stephanie speaks English and German and looks forward to helping you plan your safari.
